BY USING THIS WEBSITE AND OUR SERVICES YOU (USER/CUSTOMER) AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS LISTED BELOW AND THROUGHOUT THE WEBSITE. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO AMEND THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS AT ANYTIME WITHOUT NOTICE SO WE ENCOURAGE CUSTOMERS AND USERS TO REGULARLY CHECK FOR UPDATES. THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CONSTITUTE OUR CONDITIONS OF SALE.
Pricing:
Our pricing is on a client to client basis, dependant on each client's specific hair needs and requests. Prices do not include GST and are subject to change without notice. We accept only cash & debit.
Appointment:
We ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out paperwork. Rescheduling will occur if a client is more than 15 minutes late for their appointment.
Children & Pets:
We love children, however, with hot tools, chemicals, and a small waiting area we kindly ask that you do not bring your children with you to long appointments (hair extension installations and removals). This is solely a liability and safety concern for both our company and your children. Children are welcome for consultation appointments. We do not allow clients to bring in pets due to allergies our clients and/or staff may have (Guide Dogs welcome). Thank you in advance!
Deposits:
We require a $200.00 deposit on all bookings for hair extension installations. We now accept email transfer: deposits@chantiextensions.com. All deposits are non-refundable & must be provided before booking your installation appointment.
Cancellations & No-Shows:
We kindly ask that you let us know if you cannot make an appointment, so we can make alternate arrangements for staff or fill your time slot with a client on our waiting list. We require minimum 24 hours notice. No shows and "last minute cancellations" are subject to the following fees:
a) Cancellation made with 24 hours notice: $0
b) Cancellation made same day: $20, $50 for full installation
c) No-Show: $35, $50 for full installation
All fees must be paid prior to rebooking.
Refunds / Returns / Guaruntee:
We are committed to ensuring all of our clients are happy. We do not offer refunds on any of our products, hair extensions or services. If you have any issue with the quality of hair used, contact us within 7 days and we will look at your specific case and replace the hair at no cost to you if needed.
Our hair extensions are 100% guaranteed. Our goal is to have each client satisfied with their hair extensions. If you have any questions or concerns, we kindly ask that you let us know so we can promptly offer assistance.
Our 21 Day Guarantee is as follows:

Chanti Extensions will promptly fix, assist or complete the appropriate work on the Client’s hair extensions at no charge to the client for a period of 21 days.

After the 21 day guarantee period, the Client agrees to pay the maintenance fees set forth in this Agreement.

Our Guarantee does not include a refund or discount on the service provided, or future services received.

Indemnify:
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Chanti Extensions, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from, without limitation, your use of Chanti Extensions services, your breach of the Terms of Service, your infringement of any intellectual property right or any other right of any person or entity, or your breach of any duty of confidence or privacy, or any defamatory statements made by you in any form.
Limited Liability:
We are not responsible or liable in any way for any damage that may occur due to installation of our hair extensions or services, as a result of misuse or failure to adhere to our instructions. By completing the sales transaction of your service you agree not to hold Chanti Extensions liable for the condition of your hair (before/during/after installation) nor hold Chanti Extensions liable for any financial loss that may occur.
