What is a VIP Membership? The VIP Gold Membership Card is offered to repeat hair extension clients - they are able to recieve rewards and discounts using this card!

How much does a VIP Membership cost? The VIP Gold Membership Card is given to loyal, frequent clients for free, and cannot be purchased.

How does the VIP Membership work? The VIP Gold Membership will be available to clients who have their second set of extensions installed within 30 days of their first set being removed / finished. Each VIP Gold Membership Card will have an expiry date - use the card before it expires and you can continue using it's advantages. You will have 30 days between finishing your current set to having a new hair extension installation in order to take advantage of this membership - after 30 days you will be referred back to our regular pricing.

What is the purpose of the VIP Gold Membership Card? We are the first hair extension studio to offer a membership like this, and we offer this for one reason: we want to reward our loyal clients and make it more affordable to maintain and continue wearing our hair extensions.

What does the VIP Gold Membership Card include? Because our client's needs and hair are so different, the VIP Gold Membership Card perks will be customized per client. Perks include:

Consultations are a chance to get to know each client, and for the client to get to know Chanti Extensions. Hair extensions are a serious investment and for this reason, consultations are mandatory prior to installation. It is extremely important for us to get to know each client & to evaluate the health, density and integrity of their natural hair. We offer very different and distinct methods, which will be discussed during the consultation.

Hair extensions are not right for everyone. We take great care in assessing clients on an individual basis.
